She is a PH. D in Psychology, from University of Delhi. Having 13 years of rich work experience in her field, she has worked on various profiles. As, an Assistant Professor she has served in Amity University, Noida. Her expertise also is in Psychometric testing, profiling & counseling. She has worked with many corporate & educational institutions as a freelancer, content developer for trainings & workshop consultant. Market Research Projects have also been done by her on consumer psychology for various companies for their products. She has been a guide to students for their research projects & internships in the fields of developmental psychology, organizational behavior & its application. As a scholar and publisher she has many research articles in various journals to her credit. She is also a Co-author and a peer reviewer of various psychology books run by various universities.
